How do I set up my account?โผ
Create your account using your email address and follow the onboarding prompts. You'll be guided through connecting your calendar, email, and other tools to personalize your Asistio experience.
How do I connect Google Calendar?โผ
Go to Settings โ Integrations and select Google Calendar. Sign in to your Google account and authorize the requested permissions. Your calendar will sync automatically.
How do I connect Outlook?โผ
Microsoft Outlook integration is not currently available. We are actively evaluating future Microsoft 365 and Outlook integrations. To receive updates, contact
support@asistio.ai.
How do I update my profile?โผ
Go to Settings โ Profile to update your name, contact information, preferences, and account settings.
How do I change my password?โผ

Asistio currently supports Gmail integration. Support for additional email providers may be introduced in future updates.
How does email drafting work?โผ
Asistio uses AI to create email drafts based on your instructions, meeting details, projects, or ongoing conversations. You always review and approve before anything is sent.
Can I review emails before they are sent?โผ
Yes. By default, email drafts can be reviewed, edited, and approved before sending. Asistio never sends emails automatically without your explicit action.
Why wasn't an email sent?โผ
Check that your Gmail account is connected in Settings โ Integrations. If connected, check your internet connection and try refreshing. If the issue persists, reconnect your Google account.
How do I manage email preferences?โผ
Go to Settings โ Notifications to customize your email digest, AI suggestions, and notification behaviors.
How do I disconnect Gmail?โผ
You can disconnect Gmail at any time through Settings โ Integrations. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com.

Which calendar platforms does Asistio support?โผ
Asistio currently supports Google Calendar. Additional calendar providers, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365, may be added in future releases.
How does Asistio schedule meetings?โผ
Asistio reviews availability across your connected calendars, identifies suitable meeting times, and helps coordinate schedules based on your preferences. Use the AI Scheduler in the Calendar sidebar to describe what you need.
How do I set my availability?โผ
Navigate to Settings โ Account Settings to define your working hours, time zone, and scheduling preferences. Asistio uses these when suggesting meeting times.
How do I prevent scheduling conflicts?โผ
Connect all calendars you use and keep them updated. Asistio automatically checks for conflicts before recommending meeting times and highlights overlaps in the AI scheduler.
How do I reschedule meetings?โผ
Open the event in the Calendar view and click the edit icon or select "Edit Event". Update the time and save โ the change is pushed directly to your Google Calendar and attendees can be notified.
Why isn't a meeting appearing on my calendar?โผ
Confirm that your Google Calendar integration is connected and syncing in Settings โ Integrations. Try clicking the Refresh button in the Calendar topbar. If the issue persists, reconnect your Google account.

How do I create a project?โผ
Navigate to Projects and select New Project. Add a project name, goal, type, priority, deadline, and budget. Click Save โ your project appears in the sidebar immediately.
How do I assign tasks?โผ
Open a project, create or click a task, and use the task drawer to set the Assigned To field. You can also set deadlines, priorities, categories, and notes from the same drawer.
How do I set due dates?โผ
When creating or editing a task, select a due date from the Due Date field in the task drawer or task creation modal.
How do I track project progress?โผ
Use the Projects dashboard to monitor task completion, upcoming deadlines, and project status. Each project card shows a progress bar based on completed vs. total tasks. Switch to the Timeline or Financial view for deeper insights.
How do I receive reminders?โผ
Enable task reminders in Settings โ Notifications. Asistio will notify you when tasks are due soon or overdue. Calendar meeting reminders fire 15 minutes before events start.
How do I archive completed projects?โผ
Open the project and click the edit button (โ๏ธ). Change the Status to Complete. Completed projects remain accessible but are visually separated from active work.

How does travel planning work?โผ
Asistio helps organize travel details, itineraries, meeting schedules, and travel-related tasks in one place. Use ๐ค AI Plan Trip to generate a complete trip plan with real flight and hotel options, or add trip details manually with + New Trip.
How do I update travel details?โผ
Open the trip from the Travel sidebar and click the edit button (โ๏ธ). Update any field including flights, accommodations, budget, meetings, and EA notes. Changes save immediately.
How do I share itineraries with my team?โผ
Use Add to Calendar inside the trip view to push the trip to Google Calendar. You can then invite team members directly from the calendar event. Full itinerary sharing with team members is on our roadmap.

What can the AI Assistant do?โผ
The AI Assistant can draft emails, coordinate schedules, manage tasks, organize projects, generate recommendations, plan trips, analyze your inbox, and support daily productivity. Click the ๐ค button in the bottom right of the app to open it.
How are recommendations generated?โผ
Recommendations are based on your connected data โ calendars, emails, preferences, schedules, tasks, projects, and usage patterns. The more context Asistio has, the more relevant its suggestions become.
Can I edit AI-generated content?โผ
Yes. All AI-generated content โ email drafts, task lists, trip plans, summaries โ can be reviewed and edited before being finalized or shared. Nothing is sent or saved without your approval.
Does the AI learn from my preferences?โผ
Yes. Asistio adapts to your preferences and usage patterns over time to provide more personalized recommendations. Keeping your profile, calendar, and projects up to date improves results.
Why did the AI suggest this action?โผ
Recommendations are generated using available context such as deadlines, schedules, project priorities, meetings, and recent activity. If a suggestion doesn't make sense, use the ๐ฌ Send Feedback button to let us know.
How do I improve AI recommendations?โผ
Keep your calendars, projects, and profile updated. Connect Google so Asistio has calendar and email context. Complete the onboarding steps including your working hours and business type. The more context available, the better the results.

How do I update payment information?โผ
Go to Settings โ Billing and click "Manage subscription". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your plan.
How do I change my subscription?โผ
Navigate to Settings โ Billing to upgrade, downgrade, or modify your plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?โผ
You can cancel at any time through
Settings โ Billing โ Cancel subscription. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Email

How do I download invoices?โผ

Asistio only accesses information you explicitly authorize โ such as your Google Calendar events, Gmail messages, and profile information. We only use this data to power the features you use.
How do I revoke Google access?โผ
You can disconnect Google services through
Settings โ Integrations inside Asistio. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How do I request account deletion?โผ
You can delete your account by selecting "Delete Account" in
Settings โ Danger Zone. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email
support@asistio.ai to request deletion.
