By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize Asistio to access, retrieve, process, analyze, and display information necessary to provide the Services.

The Services, software, trademarks, logos, content, designs, workflows, AI systems, algorithms, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Winnerr LLC and its licensors.
The name "Asistio," associated logos, branding, and service marks are proprietary assets of Winnerr LLC.
No rights are granted except those expressly provided under these Terms.
You retain ownership of information, files, content, emails, communications, and other materials submitted through the Services.
You grant Asistio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and use such content solely for providing and improving the Services.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your use of the Services is subject to the Asistio Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
ASISTIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINNERR LLC, ASISTIO, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ASISTIO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration shall occur in Delaware unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Users waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or jury trials.
